Villa Pizzo

Villa Pizzo is one of Lake Como’s most historic private wedding venues, set on a long waterfront estate between Cernobbio and Moltrasio. The property dates back several centuries and is surrounded by extensive terraced gardens, cypress avenues, an Italian garden and a nineteenth-century private dock known as the Darsena. Weddings can take place across several areas of the estate, including the Darsena, lakefront gardens, courtyard and historic interiors. The villa can host celebrations of up to around 160 guests, while its four connected indoor halls provide a rain-plan option for up to approximately 120 guests. Villa Pizzo does not offer overnight guest accommodation, so couples usually stay in Cernobbio, Como or nearby Lake Como hotels. Guests can arrive by road or by private boat using the villa’s own dock. Villa Pizzo wedding cost varies significantly according to guest count and the spaces included. Current 2026 pricing sources place venue hire at approximately €10,000–€40,000, with most weddings of around 75–100 guests falling closer to €30,000–€40,000 for the venue rental alone.
